I have a Buy Order on the way to you:

Please don’t worry, we have a system in place to collect all deliveries being made to us and these will then be processed as normal upon our return.

I have received an email saying my Buy Order has been cancelled:

Please don’t worry, due to our closure we’re unable to update Buy Orders. All received Buy Orders will be reactivated upon our return.

I have a Pre-Order with you, what will happen?

We’re hoping to be back before any Pre-Orders are due to ship, in the event we are not we will process these as soon as we return. We will continue to monitor the situation as best we can, where release dates change we will update these on the items to reflect the change.

I want to cancel a Pre-Order:

If you wish to cancel a Pre-Order please message our Facebook page, where someone will be able to respond sooner. We will try our best to cancel and refund the order in a timely manner but this may take slightly longer than usual. We would urge customers to not cancel orders where possible.

I have an issue with an order that I’ve received:

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve not received your order as expected, please be sure that we will respond and aim to correct any mistake at the earliest opportunity upon our return.
